    Road Builders Supply:
    We are specialists in new, used and retro fit process equipment. When affordable, well-built solutions are needed, Road Builders Supply is the only place to go. Our products have been field tested and our fabricators are willing to custom build any equipment you may need.

    Responsibilities:
    Present, promote and sell products/services to prospective customers.
    Passionate about delivering a great customer experience.
    Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes.
    Travel within sales territory to meet prospects and customers
    Availability to work weekends.
    Educate customers on which products will best fit their unique needs.
    Represent the brand in line with our mission of delivering an amazing customer experience.
    Participate in regular sales calls, monthly sales meetings, and training as required.
    Maintain current knowledge of trends in Asphalt Production products, services, policies and procedures.


    Qualifications:
    1+ year of successful experience in Outside Sales, Business Development, or Account Management with supporting documentation
    Must have strong time management, organizational skills and self-starter.
    Technologically proficient, including e-mail, smartphones, applications, etc.
    Highly motivated, focused and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
    Excellent selling, listening, communication, and negotiating skills.
    Experience with Industrial equipment sales or background in engineering a plus but not a requirement.


    Compensation:
    Base draw plus commission, depends on candidate.
    Uncapped Commissions
    Option for Commission Pre-Funding
    Vehicle Allowances
    Fuel Reimbursement
