    We are seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join our team

    Responsibilities:

    • Create reports with data gathered.
    • HubSpot knowledge Required
    • presentation creation
    • Expert with Microsoft programs
    • you will be sending out email marketing templates as needed

    • a majority will be administrative work
    • Document and update customer records based on interactions
    • Support Sales Directors and National Sales Leadership team.

    • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
    • Provide essential support for Sales Operation by preparations of meetings.

    • HubSpot Reporting and Dashboard Maintenance

    • Previous experience in administrative or Data entry roles
    • Ability to build rapport with clients
