    **Overview:**

    Infinity Business Group is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales Development Specialist in the Indianapolis area. We are not just looking for someone who wants to excel in sales; we are seeking a leader who will mentor, develop, and lead a high-performing sales team.

    **Responsibilities:**

    Lead, mentor, and train a sales team to achieve high-level performance.
    - Drive agency growth and expansion in the Indianapolis area.
    - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
    - Foster a positive and supportive team culture focused on serving and educating families.
    - Collaborate with company leadership to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

    **Requirements:**

    Demonstrated leadership skills and a track record of success.
    - Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for making a lasting impact.
    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving market.
    - Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
    - Willingness to obtain an insurance license (training provided).
    - Genuine care and concern for the well-being of others.

    Competitive compensation package with an average first-year income of $80,000 to $125,000.
