**Primary role:**
The Sales Manager will oversee sales activities of the organization by performing the following duties personally or through other members in the Sales department.
**Responsibilities:**
Ability to lead, supervise and develop a team of sales professionals at all levels.
Must be able to develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate goals.
Ability to read, analyze, and set strategic direction on RFPs, bids, and proposals.
Collaborate and communicate within a peer group of Sales Management/Leadership.
Own national sales strategy and tactics for employment screening services.
Assist sales executives with customer presentations and action items.
Assist in the creation of value propositions, targets, and campaigns within sales on a consistent basis.
Has the ability to meet productivity standards; communicate with key clients in a timely manner; strive to increase productivity.
Able to manage and analyze sales funnel, forecasting, and performance targets for the sales team accordingly.
Able to analyze sales metrics and KPIs to formulate policy and assist representatives in achieving targets.
Ensure the sales team is following all standard operating procedures relative to CRM data.
