Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to fill the role of eCommerce Sales Manager.The eCommerce Sales Manager will thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, demonstrate an excellent sales acumen, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
This role develops sales strategies and KPIs, conducts sales and assists with product training, and oversees the team's websites division.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee, train, and work with the Inbound Sales Team to handle incoming phone calls and chats, develop a plan for phone call follow-up on quotes, and ensure that the Sales Reps have KPIs.
Ensure in-house and off-shore Sales Reps have the capabilities and product knowledge to assist customers. Provide training when necessary.Identify outbound sales opportunities, look at trends in consumer demand for products or services offered by the company and identify new markets for growth by researching new technologies or potential opportunities for expansion into new markets.
Develop and build relationships with current clients and cultivate new business from potential clients. Create strategies for customer loyalty and repeat business.Collaborate with the Marketing team on projects related to branding campaigns, product launches, potential optimization areas, and trends.
Provide input for the Merchandising team on product features, pricing plans, and distribution channels for new products or services.
Collaborate with colleagues and various departments, as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
4+ years of experience as an excellent Sales Manager or eCommerce Sales Lead.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
The ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and effectively.
Exhibits a positive "can-do" approach to projects; meets new challenges with a driven and
open mind; demonstrates commitment to hard work and diligence, works "on the ground",
and takes initiative to be solution oriented.
Willing to work extended hours when necessary.
