    Aire Serv and Mr. Rooter Plumbing in Front Royal, VA are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting with daily office needs, and managing the company's general administrative activities.

    Job responsibilities:

    The following is a list of specific duties and responsibilities. This individual may be required to assist in other areas as needed.

    • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
    • Order office supplies
    • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients. Calendaring- set up training, interviews, meetings, etc.
    • KPI / Platinum Performers reporting
    • A/R list
    • PTO Forms – add to Calendar.
    • Review mail for checks and bills
    • COIs
    • Vehicle Maintenance/Samsara/Zubie
    • Register Equipment
    • File for equipment rebates
    • Permits
    • Gas cards / add users to Lowes/alarm/door codes.
    • Assist HR with travel arrangements.
    • Assist HR with company event organization.
    • Responsible for daily notifications of birthdays and anniversaries.
    • Assist the marketing team with networking functions.


    Requirements:

    • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular) is a must.
    • Ability to prioritize work.
    • Good written and verbal communication skills.
    • Reliable transportation to and from work
    • Must be able to work a flexible schedule as needed. Some weekends may be required.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
