    Dynamic Leadership Role for Sales

    Role Responsibilities:


    • Lead and mentor a team of Outside Sales Consultants in executing door-to-door sales strategies.


    • Develop and implement sales tactics and strategies to meet and exceed company targets.


    • Educate and guide your team in presenting our services to potential customers, ensuring they understand the process of insurance approvals for roofing services.


    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to support sales growth.


    • Cultivate a high-energy, positive work environment that encourages collaboration and excellence among team members.

    • Proven track record in sales management, particularly in door-to-door sales, with successful sales and marketing ventures.

    Job Type: Full-Time

    Salary Range: $115,000 - $250,000 per year
