    Marketing Product Manager will develop marketing strategies and programs to raise clinician awareness, educate the sales team and grow adoption of Inspire therapy including the implanted system and patient management platform.

    This includes establishment of quarterly commercial communication strategies, assembly and curation of Inspire clinical data, and helping with consistent international market onboarding and collaboration.

    The Product Marketing Manager reports to the Director of Inspire's Medical Professional Commercial Marketing.

    OPPORTUNITIES YOU WILL HAVE IN THIS ROLE Guide yearly commercial marketing goals and initiate a quarterly Plan of Action Identify opportunities for sales team alignment on key marketing initiatives focused on ecosystem effectiveness Champion creation and execution on a Plan of Action with the sales leaders Quarterback direct communication with the sales team, including weekly Spotlight emails and monthly field calls Maintain sales and marketing collateral, ensuring materials are up to date Coordinate promotion of the economic and clinical value associated of Inspire therapy Develop close relationships with research and clinical to organize a clinical compendium Create effective strategies with Sales Training and MarCom to inform the sales team and clinicians on important clinical updates Assist and maintain ongoing relationships with international Inspire teams Guide new geographies from therapy introduction to field implementation to growing adoption Simplify and create standard for on-boarding new country teams and/or Inspire distributors Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, science or engineering required.

    Minimum of 8 years in medical sales and/or marketing High impact communication skills and ability to simplify complex ideas Proven record of working effectively with sales teams Project management experience Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in business preferred.
