You will lead a high-performing team of talented engineers who deliver technical expertise and guidance to our customers, helping them successfully adopt and leverage GCP solutions.
You will be responsible for building a team culture, developing and managing client relationships, and ensuring the overall success of the organization in exceeding customer expectations and driving revenue growth.
Technical delivery spans each discipline within the GCP portfolio, including:AI, Data and Analytics, Security and Compliance, and Application Development, and encompasses regulatory and compliance regimes across the Federal, State, and Local, and Higher Education landscapes.
In this role, you will partner across multiple teams (e.g., engineering, support, security, compliance, account management, etc.) to enable deeper integration points, resulting in reduced time to value for our customers.
You will utilize leadership skills, the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, change management skills, and a disciplined approach to technical delivery.
Your expertise in operating high-scale services and Cloud Engineering architectures and practices, in public cloud environments will be instrumental in building and delivering successful customer outcomes.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $261,000-$374,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations.
Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
