What's the Role All About?


As a
Sales Development Representative, you'll need to be an effective and fearless communicator who can adeptly handle objections during sales calls.

Your responsibilities include researching companies and contacts, running outbound campaigns, and collaborating with senior account executives to progress deals through the pipeline. It's a dynamic role suited for energetic, collaborative, and intelligent sales professionals. Proficiency in speaking and writing Spanish is highly valued.


How Will You Make an Impact?

  • Identify potential customers through various methods such as online research, social media, networking events, and industry databases.
  • Compile lists of promising leads based on ideal customer profiles and market segments.
  • Initiate contact with potential leads via phone calls to introduce the company's products or services.
  • Evaluate leads based on criteria like budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT).
  • Organize meetings or product demos between qualified leads and the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions with leads in the CRM system.

Do You Have What It Takes?

  • Inside sales experience in the technology sector.
  • Experience with financial or banking solutions is a plus.
  • Self-driven with strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a knack for hunting opportunities.
  • Proficient in web presentation tools.
  • Excellent listening and presentation abilities.
  • Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced sales cycle.
You'll have an edge if you also possess:

  • Experience/knowledge of Actimize solutions.
