    Description


    A Real Estate Asset Management client of Insight Global is seeking a Construction Manager to sit 5 days a week onsite in Los Angeles, CA overseeing commercial medical towers.

    In this position you will collaborate with regional leadership to develop and manage projects from inception to completion. In this position you should be open to travel 20% of the time (Sacramento/San Fran/San Diego/Phoenix etc.). This individual must be skilled at working with tenants, architects, engineers, specialty consultants, general contractors, and their vendors.

    You must have a strong experience in management of commercial construction projects and be able to supervise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    An ideal candidate will have at least 5-7 years of commercial construction management experience and thrive in a collaborative setting.

    Minimum 5-7 years of Commercial Construction Management experience (JLL, CBRE, etc.)


    • Strong supervisory, organizational, and interpersonal relational skills
    • Knowledge of commercial building codes, permitting process, and energy
    • Advanced knowledge concerning commercial mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural systems/assemblies
    • Medical Office or Commercial Office experience
    • Open to travel 20% of the time (Sacramento/ San Fran/San Diego/Phoenix etc.)
    • Strong tenant relations background
    • Local knowledge of Los Angeles/Southern California market
    • Proficient in Excel, Adobe Writer/Bluebeam, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, or other industry CAD and scheduling software
