Busy construction office looking for an experienced Project Manager to work closely with the owner and assist with all projects.

Must have adequate skills to manage several projects.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee the construction projects from start to finish.
  • Track project cost, monitor and ensure that construction progress in a timely manner.
  • Develop good relationship with clients, engineers, vendors, subcontractors.
  • Inspection and permits.
  • Purchasing materials.
Compensation based on experience.


Pay:
From $60,000.00 per year


Experience:


  • Project management: 2 years (preferred)
