Mohamed Khedr

Mr. Khedr is a Senior/ Lead Scheduling Engineer, specializing in Planning/ Scheduling, Project Controls, and Risk Management. 

18+ years of experience in Planning, scheduling of engineering and construction (large-scale) complex projects including mining, roads, refineries, pump stations, pipelines, and LNG facilities. 

Specialized in minimizing risk and optimizing assets for major Oil & Gas clients within USA, Canada and around the globe. 

Project Management Consultant for Imperial Oil/ Exxon Mobil, Shell Canada Ltd, Fluor Int’l, RWE, Suncor energy, Trans-Canada, Worley, and Faithfull & Gould/ Saudi Aramco.

Mr. Khedr has been involved in all aspects of engineering from detailed design, procurement, construction, commissioning & startup. Responsible for creating Planning & Scheduling project documents including developing schedules (in Primavera P6) and managing custom-made progress measuring & reporting systems. He has strong skills in the integration of master schedule systems and project interfaces with a solid appreciation for the Budget & time frames necessary.

Throughout most of the projects listed below, Mr. Khedr has developed and maintained detailed Engineering & Construction planning schedules using Oracle Primavera P6 for new construction and renovation projects, including those that have incorporated several scenarios used to finalize construction sequencing and contracting plans. He has also provided impact analysis of schedule changes, identified schedule variances and opportunities, and proactively developed mitigation strategies for the Project Management team. Mr. Khedr has worked on projects ranging from $20M to $5.5B. He is a strong communicator who can collaborate/facilitate effectively with senior management, team members and stakeholders.
