    LHH is in search of an adept and strategic Supply Chain Manager to spearhead our client's Supply Chain division. As the Supply Chain Manager, you'll orchestrate end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring seamless flow from suppliers to customers. Your role will be pivotal in refining processes, nurturing supplier relations, and instigating continuous enhancements.

    This presents an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic, results-driven professional to leave a lasting imprint on the organization's supply chain realm.


    Responsibilities:

    • Formulate and execute supply chain strategies aligning with organizational objectives.
    • Optimize inventory management to balance product availability and cost efficiency.
    • Supervise supplier engagement, negotiation, and performance to uphold quality and reliability.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to forecast demand, streamline production, and coordinate logistics.
    • Drive process enhancements to boost efficiency, trim lead times, and elevate overall supply chain performance.

    Qualifications:
    -5-8 years in a Supply Chain Managment position leading a team.

    • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.
    • Demonstrated expertise in supply chain management encompassing strategic planning, procurement, and logistics.
    • Profound understanding of supply chain principles, methodologies, and technologies.
    • Exceptional leadership and teambuilding aptitude to foster a highperforming workforce.
    • Robust analytical prowess and problemsolving skills, grounded in datadriven decisionmaking.
