    As an Operations Support Representative, You will be acting as a liaison between the Operational and Administrative business units within the branch.


    Duties Include:


    • Creating, Editing, and Supporting the management of customer rental contracts
    • Tracking and monitoring service jobs to assure that all service jobs orders are properly documented on month end reports
    • Review and approve all cycle-billing
    • Maintain Vehicle and maintenance tracking system
    • Coordinate and schedule all sub-hauling of equipment
    • Assures that safety records are accurately updated, maintained and distributed
    • Monitor and track daily collection and distribution of sale and rental paperwork
    • Monitor and track branch expense recovery
    • Assist in special projects to assist Operations and Office Manager
