    Dynamic Events Manager

    Location: New York City, NY


    Salary: $75,000 per year + 3% commission + very competitive benefits

    Job Description:
    We are seeking a talented and dynamic
    Events Manager to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a renowned hospitality group in planning and executing extraordinary events.

    The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a creative mindset, and a track record of success in event management.


    Responsibilities:

    • Plan, coordinate, and execute a diverse range of events, including but not limited to weddings, corporate functions, galas, and private parties
    • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision and objectives for each event, and provide personalized recommendations to enhance their experience
    • Develop comprehensive event proposals, including detailed budgets, timelines, and creative concepts
    • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure all logistical elements of the event are executed flawlessly
    • Oversee onsite event operations, including setup, staffing, and coordination of all event elements
    • Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the planning process, providing exceptional service and maintaining strong relationships
    • Monitor event performance and gather feedback to continuously improve our offerings and exceed client expectations
    • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in event management

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field (preferred)
    • Proven experience in event planning and management, with a focus on highend events and luxury clientele
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customercentric approach
    • Creative problemsolving abilities and a proactive mindset
    • Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite
    • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
    • Knowledge of New York City venues, vendors, and regulations is advantageous


    Benefits:
