    JOB SUMMARY:
    The TownSq marketing department is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join our team. Reporting to our Sr.

    Marketing Director, the ideal candidate will own, administer, and optimize our digital operations processes and technology stack (Pardot, Salesforce, and other MarTech tools) for our suite of digital products and services, to drive business results.

    The ideal candidate has a passion for data and marketing, thrives in a fast-paced team environment, and is committed to helping drive measurable results.

    This role requires exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and ensure technology and automation are integrated and deployed effectively, tools are optimized, data is properly tracked, and operations run seamlessly.

    This person will also manage our digital marketing specialist.


    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Responsibilities include, but aren't limited to:Manage and administer marketing automation in Pardot and SalesforceOversee day-to-day execution of digital marketing programs and campaigns to ensure they're high-quality and completed on time and within budget Own tools and processes to deliver efficiencies in campaign and lead management to improve how marketing-generated leads are progressed through the funnel for optimized conversionOwn overall operational strategy for attribution, tracking, and marketing performance reporting Oversee our digital marketing specialist and PPC campaignsManage data and analytics Partner with internal marketing and sales teams on lead-flow initiatives that impact development efforts Work with sales, implementation, client success, and billing teams to ensure seamless handoff through full client onboarding cycle Conduct regular campaign ROI analysis and provide insights to executive-level stakeholders Collaborate with marketing team members on strategy, landing pages, distribution processes, and campaign testingWork closely with the product marketing team to build out workflows and automation for product-led growth campaignsWork closely with the billing team to manage properties within Salesforce and maintain a clean and efficient database Requirements

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    5+ years in marketing automation systems and process design Bachelor's degreeStrong working knowledge of Pardot and marketing technology trendsAmple Salesforce experience Experience in data and analytics, including database set-up and clean-up, funnel analysis, campaign ROI analysis, and pipeline reportingSkilled in designing workflow strategies and processesIn-depth knowledge of PPC advertising and analytics Company DescriptionWith more than 300 branch offices across North America, Associa is building the future of community for more than 7.5 million residents worldwide.
