    We are looking for Franchise Coordinator to join our dynamic team

    At Youth Athletes United, we want to make every child's first sports experience a positive one.

    We are a group of committed individuals with a team-first approach that believes in the power of sports and athletics to enrich the lives of children.

    With a mission to empower kids through sport, our brands teach them how to have fun while learning the fundamentals of each game.

    Our goal is to build the nation's largest youth sports platform and positively impact the lives of over one million kids each year.


    The Youth Athletes United Franchise Coordinator exists to facilitate onboarding, day-to-day management, and compliance for new and existing franchisees across all of our franchised brands.

    This role will be critical to franchisees starting their new business expeditiously and ensuring existing franchisees can get the internal and external support they need to succeed.

    • We will be required to work at our office in Culver City 2 days a week
    • Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm - Hours will vary depending on franchisee training and meetings
    • Travel:
    Travel will be required for training, conferences, and franchise development


    Reporting to:
    Franchise Director


    Day to Day:

    • Internal & External On-boarding
    • Coordinate and manage the logistics of new franchisee training, including but not limited to:
    • Ordering and shipping all training materials
    • Preparing and packaging training materials
    • Securing training venue
    • Systems Accountability
    • Coordinate initial registration system training and post-initial training
    • Coordinate set up of merchant account and connect to the registration system
    • Assist with the setup of initial classes and post-training basic registration questions
    • Coordinate connection of email marketing system
    • Ensure set up on Slack and encourage/coach on the proper use
    • Finance
    • Introduce and ensure appropriate submission of monthly reports
    • Review monthly reports in detail and connect them to business development goals
    • Credit Card set-up
    • Marketing
    • Assist with platform setup
    • Human Resources
    • Assist in answering basic questions and connect with the HR team for more advanced direction
    • Equipment
    • Set up and deliver new franchisee Proshop account
    • Coordinate equipment ordering process to prepare for class delivery
    • Advise on additional equipment needed based on identified goals/opportunities
    • Recommend and ensure proper apparel is ordered for marketing and coaching
    • Coach to provide info for business cards and any custom signage needed
    • Customer Service
    • Verify appropriate voice mail setup and business identification
    • Legal/Insurance
    • Advise and confirm liability and workman's compensation policies are secured
    • FDD registration and support
    • Systems Management
    • External and internal file management
    • Territory Analysis
    Requirements


    • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred)
    • 2 years experience in franchise management or operations
    • Strong organizational and project management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
    • Proficient in using various software applications, including accounting software, email marketing systems, and file management systems
    • Knowledge of legal and compliance requirements related to franchising
    • Familiarity with marketing strategies and tools
    • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
    • Salesforce, GBBIS, Excel skills preferred but not required
    Benefits

    PTO:

    First through fourth full year of employment: will accrue 8 hours of PTO semi-monthly, up to a maximum accrual of 192 hours (24 days).
