The Opportunity:


From project inception to completion, develop, establish and maintain creative needs, overseeing the production of high level marketing materials to be used for multimedia campaigns.


What Your Impact Will Be:


  • Lead creative development from conception to completion, identifying scope, assessing budget, outlining and sourcing productions needs
  • Research, collect, and record necessary data and historical stats around project background and consumer engagement
  • Manage project lifecycle, indicating dates and deadlines as KPI's to successfully meet and exceed goals
  • Produce high level productions, curating resources to execute and deliver elevated creative assets
  • Develop and maintain relationships with in house and thirdparty resources, to include productions crews, freelancers, talent, agencies, and venues
  • Track product samples, develop and disseminate creative treatments/ storyboards/briefs, source props, location scout, coordinate production schedule + communications
  • Oversee creative direction and implementation on set to maintain alignment, ensure efficiency and maximize deliverables
  • Analyze project status, set quality and performance standards, assess and report risks, revising scope, schedule, or budget, when necessary, to ensure project demands are met
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with relevant stakeholders, clients, and brand teams, providing regular status updates and changes to maintain alignment

What We're Looking For:


  • 23 yrs+ in Project Management + Production
  • Strong Attention to detail
  • Able to work independently + as part of a team
  • Able to multitask, work under tight deadlines, handle pressure
  • Proven ability to project outcomes and/or report risks to the appropriate management

Salary:
$95,200 - $115,000
