Position Overview:


Responsibilities:


  • Manage daytoday operations of the healthcare clinic, including overseeing staff, handling patient inquiries, and ensuring smooth clinic flow.
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers, including chiropractors and physical therapists, to schedule appointments and maintain provider calendars.
  • Oversee patient intake processes, including registration, insurance verification, and electronic health records (EHR) management.
  • Ensure adequate stock levels of clinic supplies and equipment, coordinating with vendors as needed.
  • Provide support and guidance to franchisees, including onboarding, training, and operational assistance.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders as needed.
  • Uphold patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines in handling patient information.

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in healthcare clinic management, with a focus on chiropractic and/or physical therapy, strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, staff, and franchisees.
  • Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping and data management.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Willingness to adapt to a dynamic and fastpaced work environment.
