    Summary:The Contract Administrator owns the Contracts Framework at Recruitics and the administration and execution of the Contracts Review process. This process is responsible for establishing agreements with Recruitics Clients, Vendors/Publishers, and Strategic Partners with an eye towards mitigating legal risk to Recruitics. This person reports into the SVP, Operations.

    Duties/Responsibilities:
    • Read and redline for review all agreements including but not limited to:
      • Master Services Agreements (MSAs)
      • Statements/Scope of Work (SOWs)
      • Amendments/Addendums
      • Exhibits
      • Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
      • Partnership Agreements
      • Data Processing/Privacy Agreements (DPAsOwn and maintain Recruitics catalog of contract templates.
    • Own and manage the Contracts Review workflow including but not limited to:
      • Work Intake (submittal form and assessment)
      • Work Routing (assignment and establishment of deadlines)
      • Work Collaboration (communication and exchange of information with customers)
      • Work Completion (delivery to customer and archiving of documentation)
      • Asana automation and rules processing
      • Continuous improvement
    • Effectively manage written and live verbal communication with Recruitics Clients.
    • Conduct special ad/hoc research projects as needed.
    • Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as necessitated by business needs.
    Required Skills/Abilities:
    • Must be an organized, process-oriented problem-solver who can multitask and manage competing interests.
    • Ability to apply business knowledge to the evaluation of contract suitability for Recruitics.
    • Proven customer service skills
    • Superior attention to detail
    • Must have strong written and verbal skills.
    • Excellent Analytical and critical thinking skills.
    Education and Experience:
    • Juris Doctor (JD) or similar experience required.
    • Two or more years of experience in business contract review required.
    Target Range Based on Experience
    • $91,500 - $120,000
