Responsibilities:

Support the prevailing wage reporting process of the organization by:
Checking that qualified work completed at the nuclear site has been reported by the respective contractors in a third party on-line system.
Reconcile contractor reported payrolls in the system to a site report of completed work.
Contact contractors to address reporting discrepancies including late reports, missing data, and noncompliant wages.
Contact contractors to determine whether onsite work should be reported in the system.
Provide periodic reports regarding contractor compliance with prevailing wage requirements.
Other administrative duties as needed to support the process.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field
Contract management certifications are preferred if possible (CPCM, CFCM)
Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator or similar role
Experience in the utilities industry, power plants, nuclear plants, or large manufacturing preferred
Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminology
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software
