    Description


    Celestar Corporation is seeking an Expert-level Program Manager supporting the Executive Production and Dissemination (EPD) task order primarily located in Washington D.C.

    and Reston, Virginia and at a variety of other locations throughout CONUS/OCONUS. If interested and qualified, we welcome you to apply for this challenging opportunity.

    Active TS/SCI with Poly Security Clearance

    Responsibilities:

    Manage project operations to ensure production schedules are met, system resources are utilized effectively and that proper relationships are established between customers.


    Coordinate resolutions to production related problems.

    Provide project management supervision and direction to ensure the successful cost, schedule, and performance of the contract.

    Ensure tasks are received, logged, and assigned to the appropriate section personnel for completion.

    Monitor task progress and ensure tasks will be completed on time and if necessary coordinate with the requester for additional time or clarity

    Close out completed tasks in the designated database or system and ensure the customer receives the requested production.

    Be ultimately responsible for the quality and efficiency of the project to include both technical issues and business processes.


    Have organizational authority to direct contractor provided staff supporting the requirements of the project.

    Required Experience: Minimum 20 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

    Desired Education: Master's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education

    Required Certification: Certification as a Program Management Professional (or equivalent).
