    At Telebeez Pro, We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately entering data into various computer systems and databases. This is a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of our operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills and an ability to handle large amounts of data with precision.

    Job Summary:     This position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines. You should also possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask effectively. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn are also essential for success in this role.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Accurately enter data into computer systems and databases -
    • Verify accuracy of entered data and make corrections as necessary -
    • Maintain data entry records and files for reference purposes -
    • Assist with data clean-up and consolidation projects -
    • Perform regular data backups to ensure data integrity -
    • Conduct data quality checks and identify any inconsistencies or errors -
    • Collaborate with team members to improve data entry processes and procedures


    Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Proven experience in data entry and customer service.
    • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
