Bell Lexus in North Scottsdale, AZ, part of the Berge Auto Group, is looking for an experienced
_Billing Clerk_ able start ASAP.


Compensation:
Up to $25/hour DOE


Hours:
Full time Monday - Friday (some late evenings expected at EOM)

An automotive Billing Clerk reviews all vehicles sales documentation for accuracy, audit compliance and records the entries in the general ledger.

Duties and Responsibilities for billing clerk include, but are not limited to:

• Posting out of New and Used vehicles.
• Verify all proper documentation is included in deals.
• Process timesensitive contracts and related documentation accurately.
• Process lien payoffs for tradeins.
• Verify sales tax is calculated properly.
• Work closely with sales and finance.
• Audit car deals to ensure compliance with company policy.
• Maintaining accurate ECB chargebacks
• Responsible for paying salespeople accurate commissions.
• Responsible for salesperson charge backs when applicable
• Submitting Incentives, New Products and Cancellations
• Review and maintain schedules
• Provide additional administrative support as needed.
• Computer knowledge
• Fast learner that is open to change
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Must have professional appearance and demeanor
• Detail oriented skills with strong organizational skills
• High School Diploma or Equivalent. Associates preferable
• Title experience a plus

Requirements:

Must have billing experience preferable in Automotive.
