    Notes:

    This position is for ENTRY LEVEL candidates. No experience required. Candidates who are stuck in retail or restaurant work and want to break into an office job, this is the role for them. This work is all computer based, fast paced, and individual. Candidates who love gaming tend to do well.

    Description:

    We are looking for 8 Violations Processors to join our client in northwest Mesa. This position is a long-term stable contract with the hours of 7am-330pm Monday-Friday.

    This team reviews vehicle violations that happen throughout the country. Violations can include speeding, running a red light, failing to stop for a bus, driving in the bike lane, and more. You will review captured events by video footage and pictures. You'll then need to compare this violation against a city's specific traffic laws, and then determine the outcome of the violation. A good way to think of this role is a "digital assembly line." You should expect to process about 2 violations per minute.

    Candidates who like individual roles, and who are craving an office position, do really well in these positions.

    Must Haves:

    • High school GED or diploma
    • Ability to work onsite in Northwest Mesa Monday-Friday 7am-330pm
    • Must be proficient on a computer
    • Comfortable with individual work and able to stay self-motivated
    • Must be interested in a fast-paced digital role
    • Must be comfortable submitting to a fingerprint search as part of the onboarding
    Company Description· The work awarded is called Gulf Range Enhancement OTA. This OTA funds the company or testing efforts to enhance the Gulf Range. The Gulf Range is a land range 2-3x the size of Redstone. Testing ground for boats, planes, subsea product, etc. This team takes customer ideas makes it usable. They do all the mechanical, electrical, firmware, cyber, RF, networking, corrosion, obsolescence, integrations, fabrication, assembly, test. The customers who use the test range differ from who they are and what they want to test. Our team takes the want/idea, designs and develops a testable solution, and utilizes the repositories of techniques, tools, designs, etc. to continue to build our base solutions tool set. Because this is not one singular product and is a service to many potential products, the experience we are looking for needs to be multidisciplinary, general engineering services. Our team reprioritizes frequently.
    \t· They design/develops the solution all the way to the point of making it a testable product on the test range. One example that has just reached test phase is a 9x35 ft buoy out in the ocean that will serve as a launch pad for things. They will perform customer test support on it and are integrating into all their test operations.
