Digital Advertising Specialist (In-House)
Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional communication and support.
Understand client objectives and provide strategic recommendations to meet their goals.
Monitor campaign performance, make data-driven optimizations, and improve ROI.
Prepare reports on campaign performance, highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in a client-facing role within digital advertising.
Proven track record of achieving client objectives and delivering exceptional customer service.
In-depth knowledge of the Google Ads platform and its various features.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client accounts.
