    Marketing Manager at SERVPRO of Henderson SW, Boulder City

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Enhance Franchise volume growth to increase total volume and market share.
    • Manage sales and marketing activities such as follow-up with referral sources and database administration.
    • Coordinate public relations efforts, sales and marketing events, CE classes, and networking in person.
    • Handle newsletters and e-blast coordination.
    • Maintain key account target list, conduct research, and ensure meeting crucial deadlines.
    • Oversee brand and marketing coordination, including advertisement placement and tracking.
    • Manage sales and marketing materials and supplies.
    • Ensure completion of all selling tasks leading to executed contacts, closing appointments, contact lists, and meeting event objectives.
    • Identify potential COIs, route all contacts with defined sales territories, and maintain the franchise's web and social media platforms.

    Position Requirements:

    • Minimum of two years of experience in sales and marketing support.
    • Outstanding customer service, administrative, and verbal and written communication skills.
    • Preferably experience in commercial cleaning, restoration, or insurance industries.
    • Familiarity with current business software technologies.
    • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
    • Associate's or bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or equivalent experience.
    • Ability to pass a background check as required by law.

    Hours: 40 hours/week, with flexibility for overtime as needed, typically between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m.

    Pay Rate: Competitive compensation based on experience.
