Job Title: Marketing Specialist at Beazer Homes

Overview:

Supports divisional and national marketing initiatives focusing on lead and traffic generation.
Collaborates with sales management to reach sales, customer experience, and EBIT targets.
Analyzes market data to determine best-fit targets for marketing outreach.
Develops strategies and executes marketing plans for lead generation.
Creates marketing assets and ensures brand standards are met.
Manages marketing budget and provides feedback to finance for updates.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

Analysis

Analyzes lead, walk-in, buyer, and market demographics for targeted marketing.
Provides market data insights for land purchase opportunities.
Tracks results of marketing initiatives for future efficiency improvements.

Strategy

Partners with sales to develop incentives and offers for sales goals.
Coordinates communications between regions and corporate for strategy recommendations.
Develops community-specific marketing plans to drive leads and traffic.

Implementation

Creates marketing assets including email, direct mail, social media, and advertising.
Ensures production elements meet brand standards.
Manages annual marketing budget and invoice management.

Leadership

Contributes to market analysis and shares strategic ideas.
Manages online lead engagement to create engaging content.
Fosters a positive team culture for strong team member engagement.
Participates in the division's leadership team.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
Minimum 3 years of marketing experience.
Sales and marketing experience in Real Estate preferred.
Demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills.
Actively prioritizes tasks and manages multiple responsibilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Physical Requirements:

Typical office environment.
Optional work from home.
Frequent visitation of communities and competition.
Occasional travel to corporate office.
Presence at evening or weekend events may be required.
