- Assisting with e-commerce inquiries via phone and email
- Keeping customer and sales information updated in the CRM system (HubSpot)
- Actively seeking new leads through various channels and expanding contacts through networking.
- Gaining in-depth knowledge of the products to effectively address customer needs and queries.
- Answering questions about order and shipment status
- Establishing credit terms for new customers and partners if requested
- Updating the collaboration board (Monday) for the Sales Team
- Providing basic technical support related to products
- Communicating with our HQ in Korea when needed
- Keeping track of inventory used for customer trials, testing, and educational purposes.
- Addressing customer concerns promptly and effectively to maintain satisfaction.
- Preparing quotes for customers and ensuring accuracy in purchase orders.
- Scheduling and engaging in virtual meetings with prospects and customers to discuss their requirements.
- Improving and providing necessary resources such as catalogs, manuals, software, etc., to assist customers.
- Working closely with marketing, product development, and customer service for cohesive sales efforts.
- Documenting and following up on leads generated from trade shows when needed
- Occasional participation at a tradeshow or customer visit when needed
- Performing additional tasks as needed to support the sales team and company objectives.
- Excellent communication skills via phone, email, and in-person
- Excellent time management skills
- Previous successful sales and/or customer service experience
- Ability to multitask and complete goals by deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving skills, sales techniques, and ability to negotiate and close deals
- Proficient in sales CRM software i.e. Salesforce, Hubspot, Freshsales, etc.
- Organized with attention to detail
- A degree in a related field is a bonus (ex. Engineering)
- Experience with PLC, HMI (hardware, software), and SCADA (software) a bonus
- Valid driver's license with no major driving violations
- Relocation to Henderson, NV
- Remote work possible in Texas
