- Experience using a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Minimum 2 years of Sales Experience (Healthcare preferred)
- Experience with a healthcare office environment or similar (Orthopedic, Pediatrics, or related preferred)
- New Customer Outreach Experience
- Independent and self-driven
- Outgoing personality with a friendly and persuasive demeanor
- High confidence and competency in "winning over" doctors and staff
- Establish meaningful relationships with Healthcare Practices, building reseller relationships
- Communicate value and end-user impact of our brand products
- Effectively address Doctors' questions and concerns about our products, as well as convey the advantages of partnering with Nuance Medical
- Leverage HubSpot to track account progress, outreach, and follow-ups
- Partner with our senior sales and field sales partners to ensure a smooth handoff of opportunities
- Achieve call volume, relationship generation, and sales performance targets

Our business is growing and we need growth-minded team members We need motivated Partnership Development Specialists (PDS) to join our rapidly growing company in Henderson, NV. This position will work in the Henderson Nevada office.
In this role, you will build successful relationships with healthcare practice and medical professionals in Orthopedic Surgery, Pediatrics, Podiatry, Hospitals, Surgery Centers, Dental Practices and other related specialties to refer patients to our products.
We offer a base salary and uncapped commission. You determine how much money you make
