    Key Responsibilities:

    • Counseling and mentor team members to meet the standards and policies set for all team members.
    • Ensure that all guests/owners are treated efficiently and courteously and that all Hilton standards are being applied.
    • Responsible for training and direction of new and existing front desk employees.
    • Work in conjunction with accounting to maintain and minimize levels of account receivables.
    • Coordinate activities with other hotel departments in order to facilitate increased levels of communication and guest satisfaction.
    • Assist in the daily maintenance of room inventory status to achieve efficient levels of revenues while maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction.
    • Supervise the activities of the front desk personnel.
    • Ensure the timely completion of performance appraisals.
    • Responsible as the primary MOD when senior resort leaders are not present.
    • Other duties as assigned by management
    Qualifications


    What are we looking for:
    To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:


    • High School Diploma/GED
    • Up to 5 years of related experience.
    • Minimum two years of supervisory/management experience
    • Prior cash handling and computer experience are required.
    • Two to four years of direct front desk or front office operations experience in a hospitality environment, including two years in a supervisory capacity.
    • Availability to work varying shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
    • First Aid and CPR-certified
    • AED Certified
