    Job DescriptionPosition Overview

    Julie Abarzua - State Farm Agent is seeking to add a licensed, experienced team member to our office. This position will be focused on training new hires on all aspects of State Farm products and services. If you have experience as a team member and would like to utilize your skill set to help train others, working for our office may be the career for you

    Responsibilities
    • Provide training for new team members on customer service knowledge and skills required to meet customer needs.
    • Identify training gaps and develop action plans to ensure team members remain fully trained.
    • With agent, develop training curriculum on new systems and products.

    Requirements
    • Experience as a licensed State Farm agent team member
    • Sales experience preferred
    • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
    • People-oriented
    • Ability to perform at high level
    • Self motivated
    • Proactive in problem solving
    • Ability to work in a team environment
    • P&C and L&H licensed
