About Michael Scardino:

Hello I am Michael Scardino. I have been a store Manager at  Sprint/T-Mobile. I am a very sales oriented manager that has succeeded in multiple stores in multiple states. I am a very fast learner and also a great teacher on what needs to be done to succeed. I am one of the hardest workers that you will come across and when I enter the building it is all business.

Here at T-Mobile, we strive for industry excellence. It starts from the top down to our front-line leaders. Training my staff daily is one of the key metrics to success.  In order to have the success I need to make sure I am hiring the industries best talent.

Merchandising -  I need to make sure the store is up to corporates standards by merchandising each week with Planograms. Delegating these tasks to Employees on down time is vital to making sure we are keeping up with the constant change.  

Inventory - Always knowing what we have in stock, so transactions are not being misinformed with what we have and do not have in store. Making sure we are ordering the correct inventory and also knowing what is missing. Weekly inventory count is vital to knowing your store.

Scheduling - Making sure work life balance for the employees is considered. Having schedules out 3 weeks in advance so they are able to plan their lives with the understanding business needs first.

Targets - With this industry being very competitive and resetting every month knowing how to motivate the team each and every day is important. Being a Top 100 store in the company does not come by comfortability in the position. But motivating the team to be Go-getters and reaching out to their clientele whenever the opportunity arises.  

Hiring / Training - Incharge of Hiring all employees for my location. This included Training all staff on a daily occasasion with all the changes the mobile industry has. Also had to coach and hold employees accounble for not hitting store goals on a weekly and monthly bases.

Back Office - Knowing my stores YOY, Individual metrics, where improvements need to be made, Shrink and all reports on sales.
