    Job Description
    Position- RV Service Coordinator

    Must have Experience in the Motorcoach or Automotive Industry with Knowledge of RV Parts and Services.
    24/7 MotorCoach Service Center is a state of the art boutique style "CLIMATE CONTROLLED" 125,000 sq ft. facility specializing in Class A Motorcoaches (Berkshire, Nexus, Thor, Newmar, Newell, Prevost, Entegra and Tiffin) repairs and service.


    RV Service Coordinator Job Functions and Skills:
    Supervising Technicians and evaluation employees

    Preparing Technicians daily work schedule/service orders

    Determine product needs and services by working directly with customers and Service Manager

    Parts ordering and tracking

    Help the Service Manager provide estimates for designated installations and service prior to scheduling appointments

    Create work orders with continued status follow up between customers and service technicians

    Tracking of parts from ordering for job to technician to final invoice

    Tracking all work orders from estimate to final pay - customer, warranty or insurance

    Ability to communicate with customers and staff both Written (Email) and Verbal in person or phone

    Keep customers and Service Manager informed of work progress

    Computer skills including both desk and tablet

    Ability to Multi-task in a fast paced environment
