- Greet customers and assist them with their service needs in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers to confirm upcoming appointments
- Maintain accurate records of service appointments, repairs, and customer information
- Coordinate and monitor the flow of vehicles through the service department to ensure timely repair and delivery
- Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and courteous manner
- Uphold company policies and procedures to ensure excellent customer service and compliance with regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in basic computer skills and knowledge of automotive software systems is a plus
- Must be able to multi-task and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test

The Service Coordinator at Faupel Automotive Group plays a crucial role in providing top-notch customer service and ensuring smooth operations at our dealership in Henderson, Kentucky.
The primary responsibility of this role is to coordinate and manage all aspects of our service department to ensure maximum efficiency, exceptional customer satisfaction, and overall profitability.
The Service Coordinator is an individual contributor who will be responsible for various administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, managing paperwork, and assisting the service advisors.
Compensation and Benefits:
The compensation for this role ranges from $14 to $17 per hour, paid biweekly.
