Henderson 'Die Schwarz Corporate Communications is made up of the areas of communication, public affairs, brand management, and corporate responsibility. The Corporate Responsibility (CR) division creates the conditions for a shared understanding of sustainability within the companies of the Schwarz Group. In the four focus areas of people, product quality, circular and ecosystem, the division develops ambitious sustainability goals and supports the companies of the Schwarz Group in their implementation.

Your tasks

The CR Control division provides the framework for the sustainable implementation of topics and provides uniform methods and toolsets that are tailored to the needs of the Schwarz Group. These serve, among other things, to further develop strategic objectives, measure progress, and provide the necessary transparency to internal and external stakeholders.

You work across divisions to fulfill legal and/or other reporting obligations (e.g. CSRD, UNGC) and involve interfaces within the corporate group
You develop suitable processes and concepts together with cross-functional teams to ensure audit-proof and efficient implementation of requirements
You contribute to the content development and derivation of suitable projects and measures
You accompany and coordinate external consultants and service providers
You create working documents and presentations for cross-divisional working and control committees, up to the top management of the companies of the Schwarz Group
