    Due to Growth, Hays + Sons, an industry leader and veteran owned provider of world class restoration services, is searching for a Business Developer to join their team in the Cincinnati, Ohio area.

    Join Cincinnati's renowned restoration company and take charge of building strong relationships with referring clients, ensuring to remain their top choice
    Develop relationships with referring clients to ensure Hays is their primary restoration company.
    Function as a company representative with "house account" clients.
    Attend business development functions (e.g. trade shows, conventions, industry networking groups) on behalf of Hays + Sons.
    Partner closely with operations team to ensure an elevated level of communication with referring clients.
    Be available to support the operations team during high volume times.

    After opening in June 1982, Charles Hays and his two sons, Mark and Brian, quickly acquired a reputation for integrity and quality workmanship in Indianapolis and the surrounding counties.

    Over the next 36 years, with the commitment of the leadership, management team and employees, their dedication to integrity has helped them greatly grow their service area.

    Now with eight separate locations, 155 employees and 120 vehicles, they work nationwide, taking a customer-centric, local approach to customers and communities in need.
