    Key ResponsibilitiesProspect Generation: Implement targeted outreach strategies to identify and engage new buyer leads, fostering lasting relationships and creating potential sales opportunities.

    Market Intelligence: Become a valuable resource, collecting and analyzing market trends and industry insights to inform strategic decision-making and support company growth.

    Data-Driven Performance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date account information within our CRM system, contributing to efficient data management and optimized sales operations.

    Negotiation Expertise: Secure advantageous deals for gear sales, both through our online marketplace and direct client negotiations, demonstrating exceptional communication and persuasion skills.

    Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and manage strong relationships with existing and prospective buyers, providing exceptional customer service and exceeding expectations.

    Campaign Collaboration: Support the development and execution of marketing and sales campaigns, tracking progress, analyzing results, and contributing to continuous improvement.

    Internal & External Communication: Champion clear, concise, and professional communication in all interactions, both internally with colleagues and externally with clients and partners.
    Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
    • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
    • 1+ years of successful experience in sales or business development, preferably within the B2B or online marketplace sectors.
    • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and demonstrating consistent revenue growth.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport and effectively negotiate with diverse stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to achieving objectives.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and comfortable working with market research tools.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Commitment to ethical and professional conduct in all interactions.
