    The HR Business Partner acts as a key partner to field Regional Vice Presidents and Branch Managers to achieve business objectives. This role will serve as a key function in providing comprehensive human resource services to all Branches. The HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business unit's financial position, midrange plans, culture, and competition for labor. The HRBP reports directly to the CHRO.


    Duties/Responsibilities:

    • Conducts weekly meetings as needed with Regional VP's, Branch Managers regards to staffing, culture and safety.
    • Consults with frontline management, providing HR guidance for the full life-cycle of needs for team members (hiring, onboarding, training and development, benefits, employee relations, performance management, terminations, etc.).
    • Analyzes trends, metrics and KPIs related to staffing, turnover, and technician productivity, and safety, to develop solutions, programs and policies for improvement.
    • Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
    • Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
    • Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to frontline management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
    • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
    • Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
    • Collaborates with Talent Acquisition on all offer letters and approves total compensation for new hires, promotions and transfers.
    • Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
    • Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
    • Assists with integration of new branches/ team members who join the company as a part of an acquisition.
    • Performs other related duties as assigned.
    • Branch travel required: 50% or more. Current Market to support is 19 branches located in the following states: WI, IL, IN, TX, KY, WV, NC, ,SC, GA, VA, DE
    Required Skills/Abilities:

    • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
    • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and talent management systems
    Education and Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
    • At least five years of human resource experience supporting multiple business units and/or locations required.
    Physical Requirements:
    • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
    • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
