With a unique combination of hands-on training and next-generation technology, Forge is giving people who love to work with their hands the chance to build a great career while tackling the tradesperson shortage head-on.About The RoleForge was founded in 2020 and is a late A-stage company with 100+ employees across our back office operations, apprenticeship, and field teams. We currently have a one person recruiting team and are searching for a second full time recruiter to assist with hiring efforts as we start to grow rapidly. There will be substantial collaboration between both recruiters and a team-player mindset is essential to your success here.The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, forward-thinking, adaptable, detail-oriented, a self-starter and can see past a resume to the skill set a candidate brings to our Forge family. Our core values influence every hiring decision we make: Always Add Value, Build Together, Teach and Learn, and Solve the Problems.This is a hybrid role and you will be expected to be in our Newton office every Tuesday and Wednesday.What you will do (including but not limited to):
    • Collaborate with other recruiter(s) to ensure our hiring objectives are being met.
    • Drive full-cycle recruiting process for assigned roles, including posting jobs to relevant job boards; sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates (virtually and onsite); working with hiring managers; collecting and documenting feedback through our ATS; and advising on final candidate selection.
    • Ensure talent pipelines are developed proactively and include diverse candidates.
    • Select and progress candidates based on their experience and ability, but most importantly, based on their alignment with our company core values and culture. Reading beyond a resume and getting to know each candidate is critical.
    • Work closely and establish great working relationships with other recruiter(s) and hiring managers to develop hiring plans related to business needs.
    • Attend job fairs and other events with the recruiting team.

    About You:
    • 2-5 years of high-volume recruiting experience with at least 1 year in an internal recruiter role.
    • Ability to be nimble, work through change, and have experience creating automated solutions without the loss of a personal touch.
    • Must be a team player and be able to establish and maintain trusting and effective relationships with peers, hiring managers ,and leadership.
    • Must embrace process improvement and demonstrate an evidence-based approach to recommendations.
    • Prior experience with an ATS and ability to adapt to using new technology.
    • Knowledge of best recruiting principles and practices.
    • Have experience working at an early stage company or contributing to rapid growth on a scrappy team.
    • Must be able to readily adjust to change and handle a rapid-paced environment and the stresses associated with that while continuing to provide high-quality, efficient results.
