Salary plus Recruitment bonus plan. 4 days onsite/1 WFH Per Week._

Full-time, direct-hire position with excellent full benefits package


Position Responsibilities:


  • Screen resumes and conduct phone, virtual, and facetoface interviews
  • Schedule interviews for all hiring managers
  • Schedule a high volume of applicant interviews weekly
  • Hybrid remote and in office
  • Base salary plus recruitment bonus plan

Requirements:


  • Minimum one year of healthcare recruiting
  • HHA and CNA Caregiver recruiting required
  • Home care recruiting required
  • Knowledge of federal and state employment laws
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Social Media Recruitment experience
  • Experience attending events

Pay:
$72, $82,000.00 per year
