    Start Up desarrolladora de Saas del sector Food Data & FoodService precisa incorporar un Sales Manager para desarrollar el equipo comercial y liderar las ventas en Espaa.

    Descripcin de la oferta

    Liderar la estrategia comercial de la lnea de negocio dirigida a fabricantes y distribuidores HORECA y encajarla en los objetivos generales de la compaa, reportando directamente al CEO.

    Disear y planificar la estrategia de venta para cada perfil ajustando la propuesta para optimizar la venta lo mximo posible (GoToMarket, pricing, recurrencia, etc.).

    Gestionar todo el ciclo de venta del cliente: desde la captacin de leads hasta el soporte post-venta.

    Liderar el equipo de Customer Success y soporte para mejorar la recurrencia de los clientes, midiendo en todo momento el funcionamiento de la aplicacin mediante KPIs de producto.

    Detectar nuevas oportunidades de negocio junto a los equipos de producto y negocio para adaptar el producto a las necesidades constantes del mercado midiendo.

    Perfil del candidato

    Experiencia mnima de 3 aos en equipo de ventas vendiendo servicios o productos relacionados con datos a empresas del sector HORECA o parecido. Deseable experiencia en empresas tecnolgicas.

    Experiencia mnima de dos aos gestionando equipos pequeos de ventas.

    Imprescindible buen nivel de espaol y deseable buen nivel de cataln e ingls.

    Oferta de empleo

    Salario base a partir de anuales con importantes incentivos sobre consecucin de resultados.

    Posibilidad de entrar en Plan de Incentivos de la empresa (Phantom Stock Options).

    Puesto en el equipo directivo de la compaa.

    Trabajar en una startup premiada varias veces por su innovacin, en pleno crecimiento y que utiliza las ltimas tecnologas y metodologas del sector.

    Formacin continua.

    Horario flexible, perodos flexibles de vacaciones y posibilidad de trabajo parcialmente en remoto (las oficinas de la empresa estn en Barcelona centro).

    Entorno dinmico, trabajador y con muy buen ambiente.Experiencia mnima de 3 aos en equipo de ventas vendiendo servicios o productos HORECA.

    Experiencia en gestin de equipos.
