    **Military Sales Manager**

    **Location:** Tulsa, US, 74137 TWG is the group name we use to refer to the industrys foremost producers of quality winches, hoists, gear drives and electronic monitoring systems for global industrial applications. The seven brands comprising TWG include Tulsa Winch, Rufnek, Greer, dp Winch, Gear Products, Pullmaster and LANTEC. Operating from the Jenks, Oklahoma facility are the Tulsa Winch, Rufnek, Greer, dp Winch and Gear Products brands with Pullmaster and LANTEC brands operating from the Surrey, British Columbia, Canada.

    By drawing upon the talent of our dedicated employees and the strengths of these brands, TWG has become known around the world for providing innovative products and solutions designed and manufactured to high quality standards and delivered to our customers on time. The products and solutions produced by TWG find their way into diverse applications including onshore oil and gas, the utility industry, commercial and governmental towing and recovery, construction and offshore cranes, marine applications including fishing and cargo handling, forestry and mining applications and a myriad of other construction applications.

    The responsibilities of the Military Sales Manager include maximizing sales revenue in existing military markets, expanding sales into new markets and countries, and researching trends to develop accurate sales projections. The role will develop a business plan for customer acquisition in markets that meet the companys global sales and profitability goals. The Military Sales Manager may take on non-Military responsibilities on an as-needed basis.

    **Essential Responsibilities:**

    Develop and implement strategies to grow TWG sales in military applications

    Develop, manage, and grow professional relationships within targeted distributors, defense contractors, primary contractors, engineering firms, OEMs and military agencies

    Stay current on all military projects and key accounts

    Develops and manages the channels agreement, promotions, programs, and account activities.

    Maintain a pipeline of Military opportunities and work cross functionally to maximize the win rate on potential projects.

    Represent TWG at industry events and tradeshows, as necessary

    Military account management duties to include:

    + Responds to all incoming sales inquiries from assigned accounts or potential new customers for all TWG products.

    + Provides technical assistance to customers either individually or in collaboration with TWGs application, engineering or warranty service teams.

    + Coordinates with Customer Service to create customer quotations.

    + Develops positive, mutually beneficial relationships with all assigned or new customers and serves as the primary point of contact for those customers within TWG.

    + Collecting forecast information from assigned strategic accounts to validate forecasted demand, product mix, and delivery requirements to support the SIOP forecast process.

    Manage non-Military accounts or territories on an as-needed basis.

    **Qualifications/Requirements:**

    **Required:**

    Knowledgeable of US and Foreign Department of Defense programs, platforms and acquisition processes

    Must be able to travel as required and /or directed

    **Preferred:**

    Bachelors Degree in relevant field from an accredited four-year college or university

    Experience as US Army, Marine or Navy Corps Officer

    Previous enlisted experience with Heavy Vehicles

    + US Marine Corp MOS 1345 or US Army MOS 88M desirable

    Experience at TACOM

    Experience within various military operational capacities

    Experience with Winches and Hoists or other geared or hydraulic products

    Demonstrated ability to develop business with the US Military for industrial products
