Job Description*Provides technological, business and strategic guidance and leadership to the WFM organization. Responsible for the coaching, mentoring and professional development of Team Members. Identifies opportunities for enhancing the Technology organizations capabilities to support and achieve overall business objectives. Successfully collaborates with various levels of the organization, including the executive team. Develops and oversees the execution of long-term strategies to maximize systems, applications and infrastructure quality and efficiency. Prioritizes initiatives and projects based on their impact to the organization, resource requirements and cost restraints. Viewed as a change agent and champion of WFMs vision, mission and values. Keeps current with technical and industry advances and may represent WFM with external industry boards or organizations.
