Job Description:

Support in coordinating the processes in the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
Assist with all administrative tasks in the HR department, including updating employee data, preparing contracts, and managing benefits
Contribute to implementing highquality touchpoints between employees and the company/HR
Assist the team in various projects and initiatives to improve internal HR processes and services
Help with data collection and basic analysis to make datadriven decisions and identify areas for operational improvements
Perform other daily tasks and support the People Operations team

Profile:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, psychology, human resource management, or a related field with a focus on HR
Relevant work experience in an HR role, ideally in personnel administration
Strong organizational, structural, and communication skills
Empathy, team spirit, and politeness are natural for you
Fluent in German and English,
