Adam Stear
Government / Military
About Adam Stear:
As a former military member (as enlisted then as an officer), I have considered it my honor to spend my time and energy to a large variety of organizations. I’ve gained far-reaching and extensive experience in leading many projects and programs. Utilizing my pragmatic and creative problem-solving skills, I enjoy implementing solutions to complex challenges with information and capabilities that are rapidly adapted by others.
In my time in the Army, I’ve grown to truly understand and love the skillsets required to be successful in each organization and its mission. For any mission to succeed, every member of the team should be committed to and motivated by the “big picture” not get bogged down by “…this is how we’ve always done it…”. I will bring that motivation and dedication to this job. I am highly teachable, and I am committed to professional excellence.
