    Job Description:
    • Gaining a deeper understanding of technical knowledge in the area of responsibility.
    • May operate specialized machinery, equipment or tooling.
    • Working knowledge of company policies, practices, and procedures.
    • Receives general instructions on routine work, and detailed instructions for new/more complex assignments.
    • ssignments are moderately complex and require planning and decision-making.
    • Makes recommendations for process improvements or deviations.
    • Chooses appropriate tasks, sequences, and methods to complete work.
    • Coordinates information and activities within the team as needed.
    • May coordinate work with third parties, vendors, or customers.
    • May deliver training or presentations within the group as needed.
    Minimum Education/Experience:
    • May require some higher education or specialized training/certification, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Typically 1-3 years of relevant experience for entry to this level.
