- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and employees with professionalism and courtesy.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries.
- Manage office supplies inventory and make orders as necessary.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain and update company records and databases.
- Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Ensure the reception area and office are neat and presentable.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as a front office assistant, receptionist, or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment (e.g., printers, fax machines).
