At THREE, you'll join a team of experienced insurance operators that chooses to run lean, promotes autonomy, and is charged with building a small commercial insurer that challenges the largest players in its space.
Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Client Service Representative, you are the frontline ambassador for THREE, embodying our commitment to exemplary policyholder service that sets us apart in the industry.
Your key duties include:
Address policyholder service inquiries via phone and email, such as certification, billing, policy modifications, etc.
Document all customer interactions clearly and accurately in our systems.
Meet case volume targets as set by Service Leadership.
Exhibit professionalism in all phone and email communications.
Acquire in-depth knowledge of THREE's product, processes, and compliance standards.
Collaborate with teammates via phone, email, and Slack to fulfill service request and exchange knowledge.
Preferred Knowledge and Qualifications2 years' experience in call center or similarly fast-paced customer service environmentExperience in the insurance industry is a plusWillingness to pursue P&C licenseStrong computer skills, preferably with experience using:Microsoft OutlookVideoconferencing tools (e.g. Zoom, Teams)CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce)Comfortable with new technology and willingness to learn new systems quicklyAbility to take phone calls and answer emails for up to 8 hours a dayAbility to receive and immediately apply coaching and feedback.
Remote and hybrid hires must have wired high-speed internet and a private workspace to take calls without interruption.

The starting compensation for this position is $19.65/hour plus commission and/or incentive pay potential. Final compensation will be based on candidate qualifications, geographic location, and other considerations permitted by law.
